Job Overview

The Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) is responsible for coordinating and delivering high-quality patient care in our High Risk Perinatal unit. In collaboration with the management team, the CNC directs, monitors, and evaluates nursing care, serves as a resource person for staff, and models our organization's commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with admission and discharge processes to ensure efficient throughput and high-quality patient care.
  • Participate in ongoing assessments of patient care services to identify areas for improvement.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives, including hourly rounds and other programs.
  • Recommend and implement training and development programs for new staff.
  • Manage staffing schedules and labor needs in accordance with productivity guidelines.

This position offers a competitive salary range of $83,000 - $118,000 per year, depending on experience.
