About This Role

This Clinical Nurse Coordinator position ensures high-quality patient-centered care and coordinates all functions in the unit/department during the designated shift.

The successful candidate will be responsible for admission and discharge processes, ongoing assessment of patient care services, and collaborating with subject matter experts to create an environment of teamwork.

The ideal candidate will support a patient-first philosophy, engage in service recovery when necessary, and provide recommendations related to interviewing, selecting, and training new staff.

The nurse will also assist with staff scheduling, manage inventory control, and support proper supplies and equipment management.

Requirements

The successful candidate must possess a Registered Nurse degree and hold Basic Cardiac Life Support certification within 30 days of employment start date.

Neonate Resuscitate certification must be obtained within 4 months of employment start date.

A valid Associate Degree or Registered Nurse Diploma is required.

The estimated salary range for this role is $75,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
