  • Strive for customer satisfaction by ensuring a thorough and enjoyable wash for all guests, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain a clean and well-maintained site, ensuring it runs smoothly and efficiently.
  • Perform keyholder responsibilities, including opening and closing the site for service, ensuring a seamless and secure experience for customers and staff.
Requirements
  • 18 years of age or older.
  • Positive attitude and strong customer service skills.
  • Previous car wash industry experience is preferred, but not required.
  • Previous leadership experience is also preferred, but not required.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
