Job Title: New Home Sales Consultant

Join Starlight Homes LLC, a leading homebuilder in the industry, as a New Home Sales Consultant. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and building strong relationships with customers and real estate agents.

Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service through inbound phone calls, educating interested parties about products, setting appointments, and answering questions in a professional manner.
  • Sales: Develop, practice, and deliver a good sales presentation consistent with company training, and be responsible for a high level of activity including engaging with new prospects, following up with interested prospects, and setting appointments to close.
  • Communication: Respond to customer queries in a prompt and efficient manner, maintain a good line of communication with Starlight Homes team members, and attend weekly meetings as scheduled.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain relationships with realtors, visit real estate offices, network, and conduct business with realtors.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 3-5+ years of proven track record within a direct selling role.
  • Licenses: Driver's License Required, Real Estate License Required (Starlight Homes is willing to assist those without a real estate license obtain one).
  • Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, high level of professionalism in appearance and daily interactions, ability to handle high volume situations, and proficiency in Sales software and Microsoft Office.
Working Conditions:

Work is generally performed in a typical office environment using standard office equipment. Work is typically sedentary in nature, but some walking and standing may be required. Fast-paced environment subject to numerous schedule and priority changes and short notice activity.
