Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the loading and unloading of goods, both by hand and with equipment
  • Assist the site manager with site operations and ensure that all tasks are completed to a high standard
  • Manage a team of warehouse associates, providing guidance and support as needed
  • Ensure that all warehouse operations are conducted in a safe and efficient manner
  • Monitor and report on warehouse performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary

Requirements

  • High-energy individual with a strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 25-75lbs, with materials handled varying
  • Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate
  • Prior leadership or supervisor experience in a warehouse environment
  • High level of computer literacy and familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Ability to provide accurate entry of data and handle administrative tasks as assigned
