  • Oversee all aspects of on-site installation, maintenance, inspection, and testing of security systems.
  • Generate accurate and timely service documentation, including tickets, reports, and logs.
  • Operate company vehicles safely and responsibly.
  • Uphold customer confidentiality by safeguarding service and installation details.
  • Adhere to all company protocols and field procedures.
  • Collaborate with supervisors and share pertinent information across teams.
  • Understand customer needs and provide suitable recommendations.
  • Foster positive relationships with clients to enhance service delivery.
  • Enhance job knowledge through participation in training and educational opportunities.
  • Contribute to the organization's mission by completing additional tasks as required.

Qualifications:

  • Must possess the appropriate licensing in Connecticut (L-6, L-5) or be registered in New York; participation in an apprenticeship program may be necessary.
  • Demonstrated experience in troubleshooting and installing security systems, including burglar alarms and video surveillance.
  • Proficient in programming various security systems, including access control and intrusion detection.
  • Availability to work Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 4:30 PM, with flexibility for rotating on-call shifts.
  • Familiarity with mobile technology and applications is preferred.

Schedule:

  • 8-hour shifts
  • Monday to Friday
  • On-call duties (approximately one week per month)

Licenses/Certifications:

  • L-6 License or equivalent experience is required.
