- Collaborate with supervisors and share pertinent information across teams.
- Understand customer needs and provide suitable recommendations.

- Enhance job knowledge through participation in training and educational opportunities.
- Contribute to the organization's mission by completing additional tasks as required.
Qualifications:
- Must possess the appropriate licensing in Connecticut (L-6, L-5) or be registered in New York; participation in an apprenticeship program may be necessary.
- Demonstrated experience in troubleshooting and installing security systems, including burglar alarms and video surveillance.
- Proficient in programming various security systems, including access control and intrusion detection.
- Availability to work Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 4:30 PM, with flexibility for rotating on-call shifts.
- Familiarity with mobile technology and applications is preferred.
Schedule:
- 8-hour shifts
- Monday to Friday
- On-call duties (approximately one week per month)
Licenses/Certifications:
- L-6 License or equivalent experience is required.
