Job Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Associate Affiliate Marketing Manager. The successful candidate will work closely with Senior Account Managers and the RBL team to recruit, activate, and optimize high-quality affiliate partners for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support clients, affiliate teams, paid media, publisher development, and data teams
  • Drive affiliate execution for top-tier clients in collaboration with experienced affiliate professionals
  • Support RBL affiliate team reporting, insights, recruitment, optimization, communication, and presentations
  • Work with the team to reach key performance indicators, optimize objectives, and reach client goals
  • Recruit, activate, optimize, and manage relevant incremental partners
  • Collaborate to hit goals for volume, CPA, ROI, and incrementality
  • Identify and execute tasks that will have the most significant impact in hitting targets
  • Quantify and prioritize initiatives/opportunities accordingly and collaborate with the team to set priorities
  • Monitor affiliate partner traffic and performance to ensure the account is pacing well relative to budgets, promotional plans, and targets
  • Troubleshoot pixels, UTM tags, tracking, and instrumentation as needed with help from the team and technical resources
  • Have an eye for building helpful reporting and recommend improvements to existing processes, reporting, and analysis
  • Implement testing initiatives in critical areas such as ad creatives, promotional schedules, publisher communication, and 3rd-party tools
Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 years' affiliate partner marketing experience
  • Proven prior work experience managing affiliate accounts with various goals and across several different industries
  • Experience in one or more of the following in-house management: affiliate network, affiliate marketing agency, merchant, or publisher
  • Knowledge of International partners and affiliate ecosystem a plus
  • Experience on affiliate marketing platforms: Impact, CJ, AWIN, RAN, and other networks
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of experience required
  • A Google Analytics certification
