Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage incoming telephone calls, directing them to the relevant departments or individuals in a timely and efficient manner.
  2. Maintain accurate records of patient interactions, including death registers and directories.
  3. Conduct emergency paging and routing as required.
  4. Provide clear and concise information to members of the PBX Switchboard Services Department team and other stakeholders.

We offer a competitive salary of $43,500 - $56,750 per annum, commensurate with experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
