Responsibilities:

* Work with production specifications and plant data to ensure accurate product assembly
* Use hand tools, basic power tools, and finishing tools to prepare shipments
* Produce high-quality products in a timely manner, with a focus on defect prevention
* Receive and review materials sales order information, picking parts with efficiency and attention to detail
* Recognize and remove defective products during the packaging process
* Understand and utilize shipping safety standards for loading products into designated boxes or cartons
* Accurately label each package with required information, maintaining high standards of precision
* Participate in stacking and preparing products for storage or shipment
* Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to create a secure working environment
* Identify, troubleshoot, and correct problems for process and efficiency
* Multi-task and prioritize tasks to meet production deadlines

Requirements:

* High School Diploma or equivalent
* Ability to follow all safety guidelines
* Knowledge and understanding of RF, TV, and FM antenna equipment is a plus, but not required
* Strong product and safety knowledge is a must
* Demonstrated organizational and communication skills with attention to detail and understanding of quality criteria
* Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
* Analytical with strong problem-solving abilities
* Physical Requirements:

* Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently
* Must be able to operate all equipment safely and within the manufacturer's specifications
* The employee is required to stand, walk, reach with arms and hands, climb or balance, and to stoop, kneel, and crouch frequently. Able to work at heights using ladders, manlifts, and scissor lifts
