Job Title: Lamination Technician

Job Summary:

Sabre Yachts, a leading manufacturer of luxury yachts, is seeking a skilled Lamination Technician to join our team. As a Lamination Technician, you will be responsible for fabricating and repairing fiberglass components using a variety of techniques and tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cut, grind, and sand fiberglass parts to precise specifications
  • Mix and apply resins, putties, and catalysts to create strong and durable bonds
  • Operate pressurized equipment to shape and mold fiberglass components
  • Inspect and execute repairs to ensure high-quality finishes
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols and guidelines

Requirements:

  • Experience working with fiberglass and composite materials
  • Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
