We are seeking a skilled Physician Assistant to join our team as a Physical Therapy Specialist. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and experienced professional to work in a dynamic environment with a leading healthcare organization.
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing physical therapy treatment programs, evaluating patients, and providing in-service education to staff and students. Additionally, they will ensure the cleanliness of assigned areas, properly function patient care equipment, and demonstrate professional competence in assessing patients' conditions.
Responsibilities- Evaluating patients and designing treatment plans to meet their specific needs
- Providing in-service education to staff and students on physical therapy procedures and best practices
- Maintaining a clean and safe environment by adhering to departmental policies and procedures
- Demonstrating expertise in musculoskeletal and neurological assessment and treatment procedures
To be considered for this role, you must have a Graduate degree from an approved school of Physical Therapy (BS, MS, DPT or PhD) and hold a valid Physical Therapist License (California). You should also possess National Provider Identifier and Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association. Experience in physical therapy and ability to work in a Labor/Management Partnership environment are highly desirable.

SalaryThe estimated annual salary for this position is $120,000 - $150,000 based on location and experience.
