  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of retail sales associates to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
  • Financial Management: Assist with financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting to ensure the store's financial success.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, resolve customer complaints, and ensure a positive shopping experience.
  • Inventory Management: Assist with inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and stocking merchandise.
  • Store Maintenance: Ensure the store is clean, safe, and well-maintained, including maintaining a high level of visual merchandising.
Requirements
  • Age: 18 years of age or older (21 years of age for all other states)
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Experience: 1-2 years of retail management experience preferred
  • Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and basic math skills
  • Availability: Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends
