About the Role

As an Administrative Project Manager at SPECIAL SERVICE FOR GROUPS, you will play a key role in supporting the success of our housing operations team. This is a full-time position requiring flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and some holidays.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in driving building project management and housing operations initiatives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to achieve project goals
  • Develop and maintain step guides and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Provide technical assistance to program personnel

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in project management or a related field
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs and project management software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
