We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented GIS Intern to join our team at Dairyland Power Cooperative. As a GIS Intern, you will have the opportunity to learn about Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and assist with GIS projects.
Key Responsibilities- Work in a team environment to learn about GIS and assist with ongoing GIS projects.
- Maintain and implement functions pertaining to the GIS program under the direction of the GIS team.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Completed Junior year of a GIS qualified program OR completed certification from a qualified GIS program.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ESRI suite of software.
- ACAD experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with Dairyland employees and member Cooperatives.
