Project Manager - Transportation

Garver is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our Transportation Team in Moore, OK. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading transportation projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery, and exceeding client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage transportation projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring
  • Coordinate with sub-consultants, clients, and internal teams to ensure project success
  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
  • Oversee civil design, plan production, and cost estimation
  • Ensure compliance with AASHTO, MUTCD, and other relevant standards
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited program
  • Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) with 10-15 years of relevant experience
  • Strong working knowledge of AutoDesk Civil 3D or Microstation roadway design software
  • Practical experience with AASHTO, MUTCD, and other relevant standards
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Office
Preferred Skills:
  • Previous experience in consulting engineering with a focus on municipal or DOT transportation projects
  • Licensed PE in Oklahoma or ability to obtain reciprocity
