Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Lockbox Transmission Lead Specialist to join our team at ICONMA. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the transmission of client deposit data, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Transmission Monitoring: Expertly monitor the progress and successful completion of functions including extraction, batch creation, image capture, item processing, encoding, and data entry.
  • Client Deposit Data Transmission: Ensure client deposit data is transmitted at specific intervals in accordance with client specifications.
  • Communication and Coordination: Initiate required communication between necessary parties, catalyzing a sense of urgency to ensure that Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met and that transmissions are accurate and complete.
  • Transmission Verification: Verify that all transmissions are uploaded successfully in TSO and mailbox without out-of-balance conditions or return codes.
  • Workflow Monitoring: Monitor workflow for system issues and slowdowns.
  • Deadline Management: Monitor transmission, data entry, and other deadlines well in advance of deadlines, with absolute attention to detail.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Provide documentation on any missed SLAs.
  • System Maintenance: Shut down the RemitTrac system and bring it back up between shifts.
  • Log Completion: Complete all duties on the transmission log.
  • Media Replacement: Replace the rmtd and image DVDs when full.
