Job Description:

About Us:

We are a 25-bed, multi-specialty medical clinic and rehabilitation center located in beautiful, rural Craig, CO (just 45 miles west of Steamboat Springs, CO Ski Resort). Our location offers many opportunities for local outdoor recreation, including camping, rafting, paddle boarding, kayaking, skiing/snowboarding, mountain biking, hunting, and fishing.

We provide a range of services, including L4 ED care, inpatient care, diagnostic imaging, surgery, laboratory, special care unit, cardiopulmonary, oncology, and chemotherapy services.

Shift and Schedule:

We offer a 40-hour guaranteed schedule, Monday through Friday, with no overtime required. This is a great opportunity for those looking for a stable and predictable work schedule.

Certifications and Requirements:

We require a valid Colorado Speech Language Pathologist License (DORA) or compact license, as well as current CPR (BLS) certification. A valid driver's license is also required for home health positions.

Job Responsibilities:
  1. Provide diagnostic and therapeutic services to patients with speech, language, or swallowing disorders.
  2. Maintain quality care for all patients through a coordinated, comprehensive, and multidisciplinary approach.
  3. Provide patient and family education, as well as referrals to patients exhibiting a speech, language, or swallowing disorder.
  4. Collaborate with the school-based team to help determine and carry out Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students.
  5. Provide in-home speech therapy services to homebound patients and work in collaboration with the home health interdisciplinary team.
