Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Guide to join our team at Parallel. As a key member of our retail operations, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, training and developing our team members, and ensuring the smooth operation of our stores.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide expert cannabis recommendations, discuss therapy goals, product effects, potency, dosing, methods of consumption, and administration to customers and caregivers.
  • Training and Development: Act as the training ambassador and assist with new employee orientation, new product launch education, and skill development of the team.
  • Operational Tasks: Assume the role of Manager on Duty as needed, responsible for operational tasks for opening, closing, banking, and security of the store.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of all activities, including customer records, in accordance with the State of Florida Office of Compassionate Use and Florida Statutes for a Medical Marijuana Treatment Center.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 2 years' experience in Retail or similar industry where customer service is critical.
  • Skills: Strong attention to detail, ability to multitask, plan, prioritize, and manage time effectively; excellent verbal and written communication skills.
