Job Description:

As a Quality Assurance Specialist at Food Lion, you will play a vital role in maintaining the highest standards of customer satisfaction and store excellence. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that our stores meet or exceed customer expectations by maintaining a clean, safe, and inviting shopping environment.

The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for minimizing shrink through proper utilization of standard practices, providing customers with a positive shopping experience, and ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a thorough understanding of company guidelines, policies, and standard practices

Requirements:

  • High school graduate or equivalent preferred

  • Ability to use technical information to solve problems

Salary: $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience
