This role is part of our Defense Manufacturing team, where you will play a key part in ensuring our suppliers deliver high-quality products on time.

As a Supplier Performance Coach, you will support the development and delivery of machined defense components by providing coaching and support to our suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage supplier quality activities to ensure all suppliers meet our quality standards and requirements.
  • Evaluate suppliers to identify areas for improvement and develop quality improvement plans.
  • Support supplier onboarding and drive supplier performance improvement projects.
  • Perform supplier audits to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Work with suppliers to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and develop corrective and preventive actions.
  • Develop and maintain supplier quality metrics and reports.

  • Ensure supplier compliance with contract flow-down requirements.
  • Develop and maintain supplier quality agreements.
  • Conduct First Article Inspection (FAI).

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in supplier quality and/or quality engineering.
  • Track record of success driving supplier performance improvement metrics.
