Responsabilidades:

  • Supervisar el proceso de construcción de nuevas viviendas, asegurando que todo el trabajo se complete a tiempo, dentro del presupuesto y con los más altos estándares de calidad.
  • Programar y coordinar a subcontratistas, proveedores y suministradores, asegurando que el trabajo se complete de acuerdo con el cronograma de construcción y cumpla con los requisitos de calidad y seguridad.
  • Comunicar de manera profesional con socios comerciales, proveedores, funcionarios de construcción, propietarios de viviendas y otros miembros del equipo de Adams Homes.
  • Exhibir una alta atención al detalle y habilidades organizativas.
  • Seguir el proceso de programación de construcción de manera competente.
  • Demostrar una actitud amigable y una ética de trabajo persistente.
  • Visitar los sitios de trabajo diariamente para inspeccionar la calidad, monitorear los cronogramas y proporcionar la orientación necesaria para asegurar que las viviendas se completen a tiempo y de acuerdo con nuestros estándares de calidad.
Requisitos:
  • Fuertes habilidades de liderazgo, con la capacidad de gestionar eficazmente a subcontratistas, proveedores y suministradores.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación e interpersonales, con la capacidad de comunicarse eficazmente con clientes, subcontratistas y miembros del equipo.
  • Fuertes habilidades organizativas y de gestión del tiempo, con la capacidad de priorizar tareas y gestionar múltiples proyectos simultáneamente.
  • Comprensión sólida de los códigos de construcción, regulaciones de seguridad y estándares de la industria de la construcción.
  • Capacidad para leer e interpretar planos, dibujos de construcción y especificaciones.
  • Competente en Microsoft Office y software de gestión de construcción.
  • 3 o más años de experiencia supervisando la construcción de nuevas viviendas.
