Estimator Position Available

Donna Cornell Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a skilled Estimator to enhance our growing construction firm. This role focuses on the estimation of interior elements such as walls, trim, and custom millwork, excluding electrical and mechanical aspects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct detailed cost analysis for construction projects.
  • Interpret architectural drawings to formulate accurate estimates.
  • Collaborate with project managers to ensure precise budgeting.
  • Utilize estimation software and tools effectively.
  • Maintain organized records of estimates and project documentation.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in construction estimating, preferably with a General Contractor or in Carpentry.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Applied Science, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Proficient in MS Word and Excel.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial construction processes.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and adhere to tight deadlines.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities.
