Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with the Product Owner or Director to prioritize tasks within the backlog.

• Monitor sprint progress and ensure comprehensive documentation of all tasks in the backlog.

Empower teams to achieve their objectives and key results (OKRs).

• Proactively identify and address potential obstacles for the team.

Spot opportunities for continuous improvement and best practices.

• Engage with the Agile Center of Excellence to promote Agile methodologies.

Work alongside teams to integrate and reinforce Agile practices and behaviors.

Support the organization in adopting new operational methods and instilling Agile principles.
