Opportunity for a Pediatrician

We are seeking a dedicated Pediatrics Physician to provide exceptional care in a community-focused healthcare environment. This position is exclusively outpatient, ensuring a balanced work-life dynamic without the demands of inpatient responsibilities or newborn rounding.

Work Schedule: Enjoy a flexible 4-day work week, with the option to extend to 5 days if preferred. Most pediatricians in our practice work 9-10 hour days, which includes 8 hours dedicated to patient care.

Call Structure: As a hospital employee, you will participate in an outpatient call system with a telephone consultation model, maintaining a 1:6 call ratio.

Compensation: We offer a competitive annual salary complemented by WRVU production incentives. A signing bonus is also available, and we encourage inquiries for further details.

Professional Development: We provide support for continuing medical education (CME) with allocated time and funding.
