Practice Details: This role is focused exclusively on outpatient care, eliminating the need for inpatient responsibilities or newborn care. Enjoy a balanced work schedule with a four-day work week, where most pediatricians engage in 9-10 hour shifts, dedicating 8 hours to direct patient interaction. There is flexibility to extend to a five-day work week if preferred.
Call Responsibilities: As a hospital employee, you will participate in outpatient care with a telephone consultation call ratio of 1:6. The compensation package includes an annual salary with WRVU production incentives, along with a signing bonus. Opportunities for continuing medical education (CME) are also available.
