Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Steward to join our team at Hard Rock. As a Steward, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our kitchen and dining areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and sanitize dishes, pots, and pans, as well as kitchen utensils and equipment.
  • Wash, scrub, or polish utensils, including pots, pans, trays, silverware, and plates.
  • Sweep and mop kitchen floors and dispose of garbage.
  • Load and unload dish machines, keep the dish room organized, and wash wares in the 3-bay sink.
  • Clean and sanitize kitchen walls, coolers, and freezers, as well as ceilings.
  • Ensure areas are stocked with necessary supplies, including paper towels and soap.
