Job Summary: As a Steward at Hard Rock, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area. This includes cleaning dishes, pots, and pans, as well as sweeping and mopping the floors. You will also be responsible for loading and unloading dish machines and keeping the dish room organized. Additionally, you will clean and sanitize kitchen walls, coolers, and freezers, and keep areas stocked with necessary supplies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment and utensils
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Load and unload dish machines
- Keep areas stocked with necessary supplies
- Assist with other kitchen duties as needed

Requirements:

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
