Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Building Engineer to join our team at Northwest Administrators. As a Building Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining the interior and exterior of our commercial properties, ensuring they are safe, clean, and well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
  • Conduct regular inspections of buildings and grounds to identify potential issues and address them promptly.
  • Assist in the installation and maintenance of office furniture and equipment.
  • Organize and maintain storage spaces and ensure they are secure and accessible.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and coworkers to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Be available to respond to emergency situations outside of regular working hours.
  • Travel to other satellite offices as needed to provide support and maintenance services.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent experience.
  • Valid Washington State driver's license.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong focus on customer satisfaction and excellent communication skills.
  • Motivated and flexible, with a willingness to work weekends and holidays as needed.
