QHSE Specialist

Quest Energy Group, a leading offshore oil and gas and marine construction executive search firm, is seeking a highly motivated QHSE Specialist to join our team.

This is a hybrid role that offers a progressive opportunity for growth and development. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HSEQ, QHSE, or Safety, with experience in offshore oil and gas organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Operations, Projects, and Engineering teams to develop and implement Health, Safety, Quality, and Environmental initiatives.
• Provide QHSE input on installation activities and travel to vessel locations as needed.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Develop and maintain QHSE policies, procedures, and training programs.

Requirements:

• 2-6 years of experience in Quality, Health, Safety, Environmental roles in offshore oil and gas.
• Ability to travel offshore at times.
• Motivated for growth and development.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• US Citizen or US Permanent Resident.
