Sunbelt Rentals is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Equipment Rental Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for handling parts requests, managing inventory, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supply shop mechanics with necessary service and repair parts from inventory.
  • Handle walk-in and telephone customer requests for parts.
  • Assist other SBR branches in finding needed parts via the Case and Smart Equip program.
  • Stock parts and maintain a clean and organized department.
  • Complete and process purchase orders to order parts for the group and/or customers.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of equipment and parts used in the construction industry is a plus.
  • Parts department experience is desirable.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
