Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our Sales Team. As an outside sales position, you will be accountable for driving sales performance and related metrics of the associated territory.

You will be responsible for building relationships with retailers, external partners, internal teams, and distribution partners to help drive the performance of the market(s). You will also gain a share of mind with retailers through establishing relationships and training.

The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of wireless retail sales or training experience, bilingual skills (English/Spanish), and proficiency in Microsoft Office. A valid driver's license and 24-hour access to a vehicle are required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Increase customer activations in the assigned territory through relationship-building, training, and side-by-side selling.
  • Promote ongoing replenishment of customers (reorders) and educate sales staff on service offerings, systems, events, contests, incentives, and processes.
  • Improve the Customer/Retailer experience within the retail environments by ensuring the retailer is knowledgeable of the plans and efficient with the Sales Portal.
  • Resolve Customer and Retailer issues by taking ownership of the issue and accelerating up through Sales Ops support.

This role requires some overnight travel and may involve airplane travel. The estimated salary for this position is $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on location and experience.

About the Role

This Territory Account Manager will play a critical role in driving sales performance and related metrics of the associated territory. The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills, with the ability to multitask and coordinate projects.

The successful candidate will be able to work non-traditional hours to participate in evening and weekend events. They will also have a strong belief in the Ultra/Mint Mobile brand and be willing to take initiative and problem-solve.
