As a Cardiac Care Specialist at TotalMed Staffing, you will provide high-quality patient care in acute care settings. Your responsibilities will include assessing, planning, and implementing patient care, collaborating with the healthcare team, and ensuring quality care delivery.
Responsibilities
- Monitor patients' cardiac rhythms and vital signs using telemetry equipment.
- Assess patients' conditions, administer medications, and provide interventions as necessary.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Educate patients and families on cardiac conditions, treatments, and self-care measures.
Required Qualifications
- Current RN license
- BLS Certifications
- Two years of recent Telemetry experience
- Strong communication and adaptability skills
