Position Overview

Role: Security - Dissemination Policy Resolution (SIGINT) Opening #504

Required Security Clearance: TS/SCI + Subject to Counterintelligence (CI) polygraph

Location: Hawaii

Key Responsibilities:

  • Capable of synthesizing multi-discipline intelligence to produce integrated assessments, indications & warnings, and comprehensive threat evaluations.
  • Knowledgeable about NSA's collaborative initiatives aimed at enhancing SIGINT support for military operations and its role in improving service delivery as a Combat Support Agency (CSA).
  • Collaborate with Department of Defense services to establish uniform architecture/data standards and products that facilitate the scaling of SIGINT support to military personnel.
  • Conduct gap analyses to assess current Combat Support Agency functions and provide strategic recommendations for alignment with military requirements.
  • Document and comprehend the requirements of Combatant Commanders for SIGINT Systems; engage closely with government personnel, other contractors, and Intelligence Community staff to devise effective solutions for complex challenges in Combat Support modernization.
  • Offer technical insights and guidance on sponsor strategies and policies to implement impactful solutions in support of classified Department of Defense and Intelligence Community missions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
  • A minimum of ten (10) years of experience in Signals Intelligence with a focus on SIGINT policy; familiarity with the data, tools, and methodologies utilized in each targeting phase; understanding of theater policies and procedures related to A-STG/APG operations.
  • Proven experience in analyzing and integrating data into SIGINT databases.
  • Must be subject to Counterintelligence (CI) polygraph.
  • U.S. Citizenship is mandatory for this position.
