The Hire Solution is seeking a detail-oriented individual to fill a contract opportunity in Plano for a mail room clerk. This 30-60 day contract will support a large marketing campaign for our Plano TX client.
- Mail Room Operations: Process, distribute, and collect incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Supply Management: Stock supplies and copy/printer paper, and order and distribute supplies for Corporate Office and satellite offices.
- Communication: Check email and voicemail regularly throughout the day.
- Business Reply Mail: Administer primary Business Reply Mail functions for all branches.
