Job Title: Preschool Assistant Teacher

Davidson Academy is seeking a dedicated and experienced Preschool Assistant Teacher to join our team. As a Preschool Assistant Teacher, you will play a vital role in supporting the development and education of our young students.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in planning and implementing engaging and interactive lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of our students.
  • Work closely with the lead teacher to create a stimulating and inclusive learning environment that promotes social, emotional, and cognitive growth.
  • Support the lead teacher in assessing student progress and providing constructive feedback to students and parents.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to ensure a collaborative and supportive community.
  • Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge in early childhood education.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working with young children in a preschool or childcare setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
