About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Assistant Guide to support a mixed-age class of Infants, Toddlers, and preschool (ages 3-6) children in a Montessori environment.

As an Assistant Guide, you will play a vital role in creating a nurturing and stimulating environment that fosters independence, self-confidence, and a love of learning in our young students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Observe children closely to understand and meet their individual needs
  • Prepare a beautiful and orderly environment that promotes independence and concentration
  • Provide individual and small-group lessons to support each child's development

Requirements:
