Festool Inventory Specialist

The Festool Inventory Specialist is responsible for the efficient processing and handling of all company products, as well as spare part handling duties for the Service Operations Department. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills to ensure seamless inventory management and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Receives and processes all inbound packages for the Service Operations Department, moving pallets and packages to the workstation area for processing.
Acts as a backup for outbound phone calls and emails to dealers and end customers for quotes, repair information, and payment information.
Opens, pre-cleans, inspects contents, condition, and stages inbound tools into numbered inventory control bins, trays, and tags, reporting anomalies to the Repair Supervisor.
Creates Repair Orders (RO) for all received tool types in SAP, assigning control bin/tag/tag numbers in SAP for dealer/end user repairs, recons, internal company repairs, etc.
Creates new end user master files in SAP for first-time customer receipts, interacting with Customer Service on any duplicate, missing, or questionable customer master data issues.
Picks Service replenishment orders and back orders from the N.A. warehouse, interacting with the warehouse supervisor to obtain daily/hourly Festool USA pick tickets.
Responsible for stocking replenishment orders in proper Festool USA locations as well as delivering special orders directly to Technicians waiting.
Performs Festool USA inventory counts, reporting results to the Repair Supervisor for next steps.
Escalates replenishment parts situations to the Repair Supervisor for guidance and direction.
Pulls the SAP tool Deliveries daily and moves completed tools to the shipping area, matching and verifying serial numbers to Delivery documentation, reporting mismatches to the Service Operations Manager promptly.
Requirements
High School diploma
1+ years of experience in a technical/repair customer service capacity
Preferred qualifications include experience with ERP, SAP, and/or SAP Bi, Microsoft Office, and strong communication skills.
Possess a strong work ethic, highly accomplished attendance history, and a highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
Analytical thinker with good problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail.
Capabilities to sit, stand, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds repetitively.
