Position Overview: Center Supervisor
The Center Supervisor will oversee the operations, sales, and financial performance of designated areas while managing Center Managers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that all standards for professionalism, team appearance, vehicle operations, work ethic, customer service, and safety are consistently upheld.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with both current and prospective clients.
  • Verify that Center Managers and Dealer Services Coordinators maintain effective daily and weekly communications with dealership management.
  • Create and sustain a work environment equipped with the necessary tools, resources, training, and support for optimal efficiency.
  • Assist with all Accounts Payables and Receivables.
  • Review and approve payroll and bonus targets within defined timelines.
  • Authorize supply orders and guide team members on budgeted usage.
  • Conduct regular meetings with Center Managers to establish and review goals and expectations.
  • Ensure all centers operate effectively and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with Leadership Teams to ensure adequate staffing for current and future business needs.
  • Ensure accurate entry and notation of locations, visits, and calls in the CRM system.
  • Manage the recruitment, hiring, training, performance management, and termination processes.
  • Oversee the proper implementation of new products, policies, practices, and procedures.
  • Maintain communication with all assigned Center Managers and dealer clients.
  • Provide timely data and updates to Executive Management.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by Executive Management.

Qualifications:

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Experience in automotive service is required.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
  • Willingness to undergo a pre-employment background check.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation: The annual salary for this role is $55,000, commensurate with experience.
