Responsibilities- Assist licensed teachers in providing educational support to students in a classroom setting
- Develop and implement strategies to support students with diverse learning needs
- Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to ensure a cohesive and effective educational environment
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff to ensure a positive and inclusive learning experience
- Paraprofessional License or ability to obtain license
- Ability to work cooperatively with staff, students, and parents
- Possess good human relations and communication skills
- Ability to lift 30 pounds or more
- Ability to use approved student restraints
- Ability to bend, stoop, turn, squat or lift in order to serve student needs
- Competitive hourly wage based on Collective Bargaining Agreement
