Position Overview:
The Recruiter plays a pivotal role in managing the entire lifecycle of candidate placements, from initial recruitment through to retention and assignment completion. Key responsibilities include:
- Identifying and selecting high-quality candidates.
- Placing candidates in suitable roles for external contracts.
- Addressing any challenges faced by candidates or clients during the placement process.
Core Responsibilities:
- Source and evaluate potential candidates through diverse channels, including job boards.
- Assess candidates to ensure alignment with client requirements.
- Establish wage rates for candidates in accordance with client contracts.
- Manage the removal of underperforming candidates from assignments when necessary.
- Facilitate resolution of any issues between candidates and clients, escalating as needed.
- Maintain positive engagement with successful candidates through various communication methods.
- Effectively manage relationships throughout the recruitment and assignment process.
- Collaborate with Account Managers to sustain a robust candidate pipeline.
- Oversee the submission of candidates' time records.
- Consistently meet and exceed recruitment targets.
- Exhibit teamwork and professionalism in all interactions.
Educational Requirements:
A Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Human Resources, Business, Communications, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent experience (4+ years in the field).
Essential Skills:
- Proficient in research techniques and sourcing.
- Strong interviewing capabilities.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Effective time management.
- Strong communication skills.
- Competent in computer applications, including Google/Microsoft Office and Applicant Tracking Systems.
Work Environment:
Ability to work at a desk for extended periods, with options for standing desks available. Must be comfortable in a collaborative, open office environment.
