Job Description

Amberwell Health is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Access Services Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for interacting with patients, families, and visitors, accurately completing patient registration and status updates, and maintaining an accurate and orderly work station.

Responsibilities
  • Interact professionally with patients, families, and visitors, providing excellent customer service.
  • Accurately complete all aspects of patient registration and status updates.
  • Maintain an accurate and orderly work station, filing system, and departmental log book.
  • Take specimens to the lab as requested and obtain charts, x-rays, and supplies as needed.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • The ability to multitask effectively and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality.
