Responsibilities
  • Transport clients to and from appointments, admissions, and discharges.
  • Provide orientation and support to new clients, including checking in personal property.
  • Monitor client safety and well-being by conducting regular rounds and overnight bed checks.
  • Complete DAANES reports as directed.
  • Interact with clients and provide support and encouragement.
  • Attend shift change report meetings and participate in staff training.
  • Assist with client discharge and chart interactions with clients.
  • Distribute medications and perform other duties as assigned by the Nurse Manager.
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license.
  • At least 21 years old.
