POSITION SUMMARY

The Client Care Supervisor is responsible for managing and organizing the schedules of caregivers and clients enrolled in Medicaid programs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Adhere to relevant legal standards, policies, and procedures.

  • Show proficiency in computer applications.
  • Manage complex service programs and special initiatives.

  • Assign new client referrals and open shifts to available agency caregivers.
  • Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new caregivers, including processing necessary documentation.
  • Provide backup personal care services to Medicaid members in their residences as necessary.
  • Bilingual candidates are preferred in various locations.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Preferred: Associate's Degree.
  • Preferred: Previous experience working with individuals with disabilities.
  • A combination of education and relevant experience is acceptable.

The role typically takes place in an office setting, utilizing a computer, telephone, and other office equipment as necessary. The work environment noise level is consistent with that of a standard office. The incumbent may experience frequent interruptions throughout the day. Regular tasks include sitting, talking, and listening; frequent use of repetitive hand motions; and standing, walking, reaching, bending, or lifting up to 20 pounds. Reasonable accommodations may be provided to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential job functions.
