As a Patient & Family Concierge, Senior, you will play a vital role in enhancing the patient experience. Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Patient Destination Coordination: Escort patients and families to their designated destinations, providing clear directions and support.
  2. Environmental Service Responsibilities: Maintain a clean and safe environment by cleaning patient rooms, public areas, and offices, adhering to established protocols.
  3. Dietary Service Requirements: Prepare and serve meals according to patient needs, following strict food safety guidelines.
  4. Transportation Duties: Transport patients, equipment, and lab specimens between units, treatment centers, and other designated areas safely and efficiently.
  5. Supply and Equipment Management: Order and deliver necessary supplies, equipment, and medications to patient units and other areas, ensuring accurate inventory and expiration dates.
  6. Administrative Support Tasks: Complete administrative duties, respond to phone calls, and update records accurately to ensure seamless patient care.
