Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Property Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Roppe Corp USA. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the company's facilities and grounds, working closely with the management team to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain the company's facilities and grounds, including landscaping, construction, electrical and plumbing work, and event setup.
  • Oversee the property maintenance crew and ensure that all tasks are completed to a high standard.
  • Remove snow and salt walkways and roads during winter months.
  • Perform general maintenance on company equipment, including tractors, lawnmowers, and company vehicles.
  • Assist with construction projects and remodel facilities as needed.
  • Communicate with management and supervisors to ensure that all projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Provide transportation for company executives as required.
  • Manage expenses and run errands as assigned.
Essential Functions:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to receive a Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
  • Ability to learn and use a variety of company tools and equipment.
  • Physical ability to perform moderate to semi-intense labor, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to work in a variety of weather conditions.
Education, Experience, and Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2-3 years of experience in residential property maintenance required.
  • Knowledge of landscaping, masonry, carpentry, and electrical and mechanical work preferred.
