Your primary responsibility will be to sell products to current and new clientele. To succeed in this role, you must be able to communicate effectively with doctors and build long-term relationships.

A competitive compensation package, including a base salary of $85,000 per year and potential Variable Compensation Plan (commission/bonus), is available. In addition to the base salary, you will receive ten paid holidays plus a generous PTO and vacation time plan. Great benefit plans, major medical, dental, and vision, are also included. Company 401(k) plan with an employer match will be available.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Travel extensively throughout your work week, visiting customers and establishing strong relationships.
  • Develop innovative strategies to engage with doctors and healthcare professionals.
  • Maintain a high level of productivity through effective cold calling and lead generation efforts.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets through successful in-person sales calls.
  • Analyze market trends and adjust sales approaches accordingly.
  • Cultivate and maintain a robust network of sources for new sales leads.
  • Proactively identify and address customer concerns, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in medical technology.
  • Document all sales activities and interactions accurately and efficiently.
