About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Eyewear Retail Associate to join our team at Sunglass Hut Camp Humphrey's Main Exchange, South Korea. As an Eyewear Retail Associate, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, achieving business objectives, and providing an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities:

  1. Deliver sales plans and company objectives through effective customer engagement and relationship-building.
  2. Provide expert advice on eyewear products and trends to customers.
  3. Maintain a visually appealing store environment, including displays and inventory.
  4. Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Prior experience in sales or customer service is preferred
