At Michael Foods Inc., we are seeking an experienced Industrial Systems Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance and operation of our utility systems within our food production plant. As a key member of our team, you will ensure the efficient and safe operation of boilers, refrigeration systems, HVAC, water supply and treatment, building and grounds, and other utility services.
Responsibilities- Maintenance Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of utility technicians and maintenance staff to ensure the efficient operation and maintenance of all utility systems.
- Preventive Maintenance: Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend equipment life.
- Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and resolve issues with utility systems in a timely manner.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs.
- Training and Development: Train and develop utility technicians to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Education: Associate or bachelor's degree in mechanical, industrial, or significant experience in another related engineering/technical field preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in Plant Maintenance & Reliability Engineering or similar technical role.
- Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead multi-functional teams, experience with Process Safety Management (PSM), demonstrated experience with industrial utility systems, and strong mechanical aptitude.
We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as benefits such as medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
