Position: Community Canvassers and Team Leaders

Compensation: $23-25/hr + bonuses

Join us in the crucial mission to uphold reproductive rights. As anti-choice legislation threatens access to abortion, we are collaborating with Reproductive Freedom for All Arizona to mobilize the majority of Americans who support legal abortion.

Reproductive Freedom for All is a dedicated non-profit organization advocating for essential reproductive health services, including abortion access, birth control, paid parental leave, and protection against pregnancy discrimination. Our Arizona chapter is actively working with our extensive member base to eliminate existing barriers to reproductive freedom and prevent future restrictions.

Compensation Details: Starting pay for canvassers is $23/hour, while leadership roles begin at $25/hour. Additional benefits include overtime pay, driver bonuses, shift bonuses, paid training, sick leave, and referral bonuses.

Location: Opportunities available in various regions.

We are actively hiring, with positions available through the upcoming months and potential for career advancement. Shifts typically last 6-7 hours and are scheduled from Tuesday to Sunday, accommodating both part-time and full-time availability.

Key Responsibilities for Canvassers ($23/hr):

• Engage with community members in a friendly and respectful manner.
• Deliver a persuasive campaign message and gather comprehensive survey responses.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance outreach capabilities.
• Adhere to all safety protocols, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and compliance with health guidelines.

• No prior canvassing experience is necessary.

Compensation: Starting pay is $23/hr for canvassers and $25/hr for Team Leaders, with an additional $1 hourly bonus for Spanish speakers. Benefits include driver bonuses, paid training, sick leave, and referral bonuses. Full-time employees may opt into our healthcare plan.
