We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facilities Manager to join our team at TTEC. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain facility systems, including HVAC, CCTV, and elevators
  • Establish and manage facilities budget, including procurement and budgeting processes
  • Manage customer expectations and ongoing customer relations
  • Develop and maintain standards for managing relationships with facility-related vendors
  • Implement and communicate policies that impact safety and security
  • Manage facility programs covering disaster preparedness and recovery

Requirements

  • 4 years of experience in facilities management, process, and execution
  • Ability to respond to emergency situations 24/7 with reliable transportation and valid driver's license
  • Ability to use PC and database applications for tracking work orders
  • Ability to use standard and non-standard power tools
  • Proven ability to lead a small team of internal staff and external vendors
